Minimum of 4-12 years of total experience
Minimum of 4 years as SharePoint Administrator for SharePoint 2019/2016, SQL Server 2012 R2 and above and M365 Products and worked as Technical Lead
Industry
Preferably from a Technology, ITES, Shared Services or Banking organization
Responsibilities
Individual to have minimum 4 years of experience as SharePoint Administrator (SharePoint 2019/2016)
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, configuration, customization, administering and managing SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint Server 2019
Experience in installation and configuration of Active Directory and IIS
Expertise in creating, configuring Web Application, Team Sites including Site Collection, Lists, Document Libraries, Content Types and Custom Lists
Worked on performing Backup and Restore of SP 2016 and SP 2019
Expertise in Adding/Changing/Removing users and user group permissions for various sites, updating content & changing navigation
Experience on Web part and Windows solutions packages Deployment
Experience in Content Deployments, Cumulative Updates, Security Patches etc.
Worked on installing the features on the server, and activating the Features at the Farm, Web Application, Site Collection, and Site Scope
Having good knowledge on SharePoint Designer
Experience in SQL Server 2012 and above Database Installation and Configuration
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with quick adaptability to new environment
Experience in SQL Server Administration
To guide the technical team and provide necessary support in:
SharePoint infrastructure for Patching, Application deployment and support, future upgradation, troubleshooting etc.
Configure SharePoint Out of Box features and services
MS SQL Database Administration
Design and review fully normalized:
SharePoint Infrastructure
Project Server
MS SQL Server databases
MS SQL Database Administration
Out of box Configuration of:
SharePoint features
SharePoint services
Sound knowledge on:
M365 Tenant
M365 administration
SharePoint Administration
Planning, designing and implementation of M365 services
Expertise in:
M365 Products
Design, Plan, and review M365 features implementation and necessary support
Review the feasibility of the M365 features
Review On-premises equivalent solution for M365 feature
Preparing plan to rollout M365 Products across organization
Certifications
Certifications on SharePoint Administration is a plus
