Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to support the growth of our digital platforms and financial products through performance marketing, content amplification, and data-driven campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong marketing fundamentals, hands-on execution experience, and basic familiarity with financial concepts (investments, fintech, wealth, markets).

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Growth Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In, and other relevant platforms
- Work closely with product and business teams to align campaigns with user journeys and funnels

2. Content & Campaign Execution

- Support creation and distribution of digital content (social posts, landing pages, emailers, push notifications)
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Assist in launching product updates, feature releases, and promotional campaigns

3. Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Clever Tap
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Run basic A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages

4. SEO & Organic Growth (Basic)

- Assist in SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- Work with content teams to improve organic visibility and engagement

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Clever Tap, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Practical experience with paid ads (Google, Meta, Linked In)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and attribution
- Basic familiarity with finance, fintech, or investment products
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and dashboards

Good-to-Have

- Experience in fintech, BFSI, wealth management, or startup ecosystems
