SAP ABAP Developer for HANA

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with HANA expertise to join our team in Mumbai or Noida. The ideal candidate will contribute to SAP implementations, focusing on custom development, optimization, and support in a HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) optimized for SAP HANA.
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and go-live support.
Optimize ABAP code for HANA in-memory performance using CDS views, AMDP, and native SQL scripting.
Build integrations with SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and OData services.
Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing developments; perform unit testing and support UAT.
Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to deliver scalable HANA-based solutions.
Create technical documentation and adhere to SAP best practices for clean ABAP.
Qualifications & Skills
1.5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including at least one full SAP HANA implementation project.
Strong proficiency in ABAP on HANA, HANA Studio, CDS views, AMDP, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SAP S/4
HANA, Fiori/UI5 elements, and core modules is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced implementation environments.
Preferred
Certifications:
SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP HANA.
Exposure to migration from ECC to S/4
HANA.
