Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service, and high-quality food and beverage standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house staff management
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, seating, and service flow efficiently
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with hotel SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize service and efficiency
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset
