Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Casting
Identify, shortlist, and recommend actors, models, celebrities, influencers (ATL-scale), voice-over artists, and performers
Coordinate casting calls, auditions, screen tests, and voice tests
Work closely with creative, brand, and show runner to match talent profiles with campaign concepts
Talent Contracting & Commercials
Initial negotiation of talent fees, usage rights, exclusivity, and contract durations
Ensure compliance with union, legal, and brand guidelines
Coordinate celebrity management agencies and managers
Talent Coordination & On-Ground Management
Manage availability, schedules, call sheets, and shoot-day coordination
Act as the single point of contact between talent, production teams, and agencies
Handle logistics including travel, accommodation, rehearsals, and fittings
Manage talent on set to ensure smooth shoot flow and professionalism
Rights, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure correct usage rights for ATL platforms (TV, cinema, radio, OOH, digital video)
Track exclusivity conflicts, brand category restrictions, and renewal timelines
Maintain documentation for IP rights, releases, and indemnities
Manage talent-related risks (no-shows, delays, cancellations)
Talent Database & Process Management
Maintain an up-to-date talent database with profiles, reels, and commercials history
Track past brand associations and exclusivity windows
