Book My Show is India's largest Out Of Home Entertainment company providing services across movie ticketing, ticketing live events such as Plays, Sports, Concerts etc, producing Live IPs, bringing the best of international Live IPs and artists to India and building the infrastructure to expand OOH entertainment across India. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager - Growth Activities for our Live Entertainment Projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for our Live Entertainment business. You will need to have strong managerial skills, a strategic bent of mind, excellent commercial and negotiation skills, be digitally savvy, understanding of influencer marketing, SEO, content marketing, above all a strong sense of initiative and accountability for the success of this business.
Collaboration is crucial. Ability to hussle & get work done from product, digital marketing, tech is necessary.
In this role, your goals will be:
Primary responsibility - Own the Profit & Loss Statement for the activities business and take responsibility to achieve organisations top-line goals.
Define & executive strategy to generate Revenue across activity Categories which include amusement & theme parks, adventure, unique tours, tourism led activities etc
Ability to understand & define the essentials for product & design flow for this segment.
Ability to work closely with CLM, digital & content teams to generate demand
Secondary Responsibility - Alliances & Partnership management across activity categories
Understanding the nuances of Supply Side Activities Planning.
Responsible for curating the product portfolio for the Business and focus on bringing unique experiences to the consumer.

Minimum qualifications:
5-7 years of total work experience, with minimum 3-4 years into Content creation & marketing will be required for demand generation.
4-5 years in a strategic planning / business role along with clear revenue/ P&L responsibilities.
Direct Live Events experience will be a definitive added advantage
