We are looking for:

a creative leader with 5+ experience in social media strategy for consumer-facing or entertainment brands

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1.Strategy Development:

 Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to each platform and for the TV audience

 Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging platforms and AI trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve

 Leverage insights to refine and evolve the social media strategy

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Content & Research teams to understand content trends on TV and share Marquee highlights and direction with the social media agency

2.Content Creation & Management:

 Lead content planning and calendar management, ensuring a mix of content/ entertainment led and moment driven content

 Collaborate with partners to design high-quality, platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience

 Drive creator content to build a differentiated Tata Play perspective while scaling performance of the page

3.Performance Analytics:

 Track and analyze the performance of social campaigns, leveraging data to optimize content and strategy
