Job Description & Expectations
We are looking for a enterprise Sales Manager at Mumbai location to propel the growth of Promanage amongst enterprises.
He/she will closely to market, acquire and retain certain categories of customers (enterprises + SMBs) and make their business profile rich and successful across multiple platforms on the Internet including Google My Business, Facebook pages, Sulekha, Instagram pages, Pinterest etc.
Enterprise selling/management expertise
Deep expertise on acquiring the Top 1,000 business enterprises based in your city/state, via multiple marketing and selling techniques, preferably with experience in selling digital products at large scale
Experience in analyzing enterprise gaps for marketing teams in top corporate customers – with ability to position Promanage and its solutions in Google, Facebook etc as an integral component of managing business presence for thousands of locations
Achieve sales and collection targets as desired for the growth of the enterprise business of Pro Manage
Marketing heads / CMO connects and prior experiences
Deeply networked with at least 20 CMOs/Marketing heads in the city/state – with experience of selling marketing solutions that could include advertising, SaaS or other products to them in the last couple of years.
Would be beneficial to also have CEO/CFO contacts in top firms of the city that can afford solutions in the range of Rs 10-100 lakhs p.a. for buying Pro Manage for their companies.
Mine new sets of CMOs/Marketing heads by meeting them (virtually or in-person) and creating awareness for the Promanage product through a variety of methods that could help to convert them
Work closely with central content/BH team to send regular communication that could be useful for CMOs in managing their online presence
Professional and Personal Attributes
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in a digital / SaaS / advertising organization with acquisition of large enterprises that bill tens of lakhs p.a.
Deep knowledge of enterprise acquisition and retention – through
3+ years of experience in digital / SaaS organizations in a collaborative role that works with marketing, content and product teams of promanage to deliver business outcomes
Good analytical knowledge including working knowledge of large data analysis to help analyze campaign outcomes
Should possess an innate love of data and ability to see new patterns that impact business
Positive, initiative driven and passionate about digital marketing
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Ambitious and flexible
Excellent communication and presentation skills – particularly in English and spoken Hindi and 1 regional language
Other aspects
Reporting to BH of Pro Manage
Must be based out of Mumbai with significant travel whenever it opens up
