About the Role
The role involves engaging with students and parents to facilitate the admission process, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and that potential students are well-informed about the programs offered.
Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Admissions:
Connect with student leads, explain SAACH Academy programs, handle enquiries, and manage the admission process with regular follow-ups.
Parent Counselling:
Explain career opportunities and program value to parents while addressing concerns professionally.
Sales & Targets:
Achieve monthly admission targets through effective presentations and by highlighting placements and success stories.
Assignments &
Activities:
Complete weekly assignments and participate in admission drives and academy activities.
Documentation & Coordination:
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
Strong command over English and good clarity in Hindi & Marathi.
Required Skills
Confident presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand student needs and convert them into admissions.
Highly professional, persuasive, and well-spoken.
Good ability to showcase program value and explain future career pathways.
Preferred Skills
Experience in educational counselling or sales is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
