Program Advisor - up to 6 LPA fixed
Senior Program Advisor - up to 9 LPA fixed
Program Manager - up to 12 LPA fixed
Role
Description:
Responsibilities include providing expert academic and career counseling, mentoring students and corporate executives.
This is a business and sales role.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in mentoring, career counseling, and student guidance
Experience in inside sales from edtech
Proficiency in managing admission processes and fostering enrollments
Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team and adapt to the education industry's evolving needs
Prior experience in the education sector, executive training, or business development is advantageous
Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Education, or a related field.
