More than  300 centres  are functional worldwide under this society. At present, the SAS is working with  32 State Governments and UTs  for the implementation of various education transformation programmes.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Conduct regular parent meetings to discuss the child's progress and provide guidance.
 Assess speech, language, and communication skills of children using standardized tools.
 Provide individualized speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.
 Deliver online training sessions for both children and parents to support speech development at home.
 Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance peer interaction and communication skills.
 Plan and write comprehensive monthly progress reports for each child.
 Actively participate in assessment camps to identify children requiring speech and language intervention.
 Contribute to the development of educational and therapeutic content for therapy programs.

Required Experience/Skills
∙ Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, (RCI Registered)
 Strong communication, empathy, and patience (soft skills)
 Effective use of speech therapy tools and assistive devices
 Accurate record keeping of sessions and child progress
 Use of technology for online and in-person therapy
 Ethical and confidential documentation practices
Nice-to-Haves
Work background in the education industry and Training.
Experience in Special Education.
