The Senior Analyst, Learning & Development, will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing high-impact learning solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, content creation skills, and the ability to analyze learning metrics to drive performance. The Senior Analyst will work with minimal supervision, often managing complex, cross-functional training projects, from needs assessment to evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business priorities.
Create engaging materials, including videos, simulations, gamified learning, and job aids.
Ensure all learning materials adhere to adult learning theories, brand standards, and quality guidelines.
Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy.
Provide support for Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
Prepare reports and dashboards on learning metrics for senior leadership.
Identify trends in learner data to make actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in L&D, training design, or instructional design.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills; strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
