This is a strategic role focused on building long-term corporate relationships, aligning academic outcomes with industry needs, and driving impactful placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with corporate partners across industries
* Secure internship and full-time placement opportunities for students
* Lead campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry networking events
* Understand employer hiring needs and align student skill sets accordingly
* Collaborate with placement, training, and academic teams to improve employability
* Leverage alumni and industry leaders for mentoring, guest lectures, and workshops
* Track placement data and prepare impact reports for internal stakeholders
* Strengthen employer branding and the university’s reputation in the industry
We’re Looking For:
* Experience in corporate relations, business development, or placements
* Strong understanding of corporate hiring and partnership management
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Experience in higher education or academic institutions preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
