Design High-Level Design Documents (HLDs), storyboards, and visual concepts
Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats
Develop engaging e-learning solutions with interactive elements.
Collaborate with SMEs and international clients
Design impactful Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT)
Ensure alignment with global e-learning standards & best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree in relevant field
6 – 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design
Expertise in developing ILT & WBT storyboards
Strong understanding of e-learning development principles
Proficiency in PPT and Canva
Experience creating visual storyboards in PPT / Word / Excel
Good understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy
