Role Description

The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students throughout the admissions process at JD Institute of Fashion Technology. Based at our Mumbai (Vile Parle - Head Campus), this is a full-time, on-site role responsible for guiding students in exploring academic programs, providing information about the enrollment process, counseling potential students on career opportunities, and achieving enrollment targets. The role also involves facilitating on-campus tours and answering inquiries related to course offerings and eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with potential students and their guardians
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, including explaining services and addressing queries
- Experience in the Education sector or familiarity with academic processes is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet student enrollment goals
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional training or certifications in counseling or sales is a plus
