About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Director – Careers, Student Success & Corporate Engagement / Placements to lead career services, employer partnerships, and student success initiatives for the India campus. This is a founding leadership role focused on building strong industry collaborations, driving employability programs, and shaping student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement placement strategies and career support programs.
- Build partnerships with corporates, startups, and industry organizations.
- Design skill development, internship, and experiential learning frameworks.
- Strengthen alumni engagement and mentoring networks.
- Lead student engagement, leadership, and industry-linked events.
- Leverage data insights to align university offerings with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business, Education, or related field.

Required Skills:

- At least 10 years’ experience in career services or corporate partnerships in higher education.
- Proven leadership in employer engagement and placement strategy.
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial thinker with a student-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in data and digital tools for talent engagement.
