We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to lead and elevate the visual storytelling for a premium, science-led skincare brand. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong aesthetic judgment with structured design thinking and has experience building visually distinctive brands across digital platforms.
Role Overview
As the Senior Art Director , you will drive the brand’s visual identity across digital channels, campaigns, and product storytelling. You’ll work closely with the Head of Content and marketing leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output while scaling the brand’s presence across social and D2C touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity & Brand Stewardship
Own and refine the brand’s visual language to maintain a distinct and premium positioning.
Ensure visual consistency across website, social media, packaging, and campaign assets.
Build scalable design systems that translate brand strategy into cohesive creative output.
Organic Static Content (Meta Platforms)
Conceptualize and execute organic static content for platforms like Instagram .
Translate content themes into visually compelling creative formats.
Create repeatable frameworks and templates to ensure both efficiency and brand consistency.
Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative quality benchmarks.
Campaign & Asset Development
Conceptualize and execute 360° digital campaigns across social and D2C channels.
Develop static and motion assets including product pages, launch creatives, and influencer visuals.
Art direct product and model shoots in collaboration with photographers, stylists, and production partners.
Ensure all creative assets are optimized for mobile-first and digital-first consumption .
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing teams and leadership to align creative output with brand goals.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and editors to deliver cohesive storytelling.
Coordinate with internal and external creative resources for efficient execution.
Experience
5–7 years of experience in art direction and visual design.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and social-first design systems.
Prior experience mentoring or leading designers is a plus.
Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .
Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
Proficiency in Figma for digital design.
Familiarity with motion tools like After Effects is advantageous.
Strong understanding of digital-first and mobile-first design principles .
