About the Role:

We are looking for a Design Specialist who can bring creativity and impact to our mobile advertising creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling to produce engaging designs that capture audience attention.

The candidate should stay up to date with evolving visual trends and apply them in fresh, innovative ways while maintaining brand consistency.

Given the fast-paced nature of digital campaigns, the designer should be able to work efficiently and deliver high-quality creatives with quick turnaround times.

As part of the team, the individual will also review campaign performance insights and collaborate on creative ideas and optimizations to help improve engagement and overall campaign results.

Roles & Responsibility:

Develop and refine high-quality visual designs for mobile and desktop advertising creatives
Produce engaging and performance-driven creatives consistently across campaigns
Effectively communicate brand messaging through strong visual design
Create motion graphics and video-based creatives to support digital campaigns
Work with a Creative Specialist to achieve the required campaign results
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and translate briefs into effective creative solutions
Should stay adaptable, think on-the-go, and work efficiently under tight deadlines
Stay updated with emerging design, motion, and digital advertising trends to continuously improve creative output

Required Skills:

Graduate with 2–3 years of work experience as a graphic/web designer, visual designer, or similar role within an ad agency
Experience in designing content and websites for mobile and desktop platforms
Experience in creating video graphics and motion-based creatives for digital campaigns
Experience optimizing video and static creatives for different digital platforms and aspect ratios
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
A keen eye for visual composition and detail
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Self-driven with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a full-time role, and the selected candidate will be expected to work from our Mumbai office five days a week.
