Senior Social Media Manager

At Ria Bajaj Social Media, we’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who gets social beyond posting and scheduling.

If you love building brands, spotting trends before they peak, and managing multiple accounts with ease, this role might be for you.

What you’ll be doing :

• Managing social media accounts for multiple brands (agency/brand side experience works)

• Planning and executing content calendars across platforms

• Creating engaging content using Canva and supporting short-form video edits

• Writing sharp, on-brand copy and captions

• Handling client communication, reporting, and day-to-day coordination

• Tracking trends and turning them into relevant content ideas

• Attending shoots/events at least 2 days a week

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience

• Strong command over Canva, content creation, and copywriting

• Confidence in client conversations and presentations

• A creative thinker with a solid understanding of digital culture

• Mumbai-based, flexible, and comfortable with a hybrid setup
