About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into powerful ideas and campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and digital culture, helping brands tell compelling stories across digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands consumer behavior, platform trends, and how to translate brand objectives into engaging creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Translate data, insights, and consumer behavior into impactful creative directions.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to bring ideas to life.
- Lead concept development for digital campaigns, including social media, content, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
- Prepare creative briefs and presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform innovations, and cultural moments to inspire fresh ideas.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on data and audience insights.
- Participate in client brainstorming sessions, pitches, and strategy discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to connect consumer insights with creative concepts.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience working with creative teams and guiding idea development.
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong creative instinct.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and campaign performance metrics is a plus.
