TCS Mumbai hiring for Visual Designer !!!!!

Role:
Visual Designer
Experience required:  2 to 6 years

Location:

-  Mumbai

Required Technical Skillset:

- Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite's XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator

MUST HAVE:

- Master's or Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Fine Arts / Similar. A bachelor’s degree in an unrelated domain is also welcome provided he / she has required training and expertise on Visual Design.
At least 2-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, or similar (Internship or academic project experience is a plus).
Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Experience of meeting strict deadlines
Excellent communication skill

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to understand needs and create visual designs.

• Submit design concepts for team brainstorming and timely approval.

• Produce unique designs with colors, shapes, and typography that meets expectations.

• Support senior and junior designers in improving product visuals.

• Support in maintaining design consistency across projects and platforms.

• Convert approved concepts into high-quality visual designs using colors, typography, and layouts.

• Encourage mentees to achieve progress as needed.

• Research market trends, client feedback, and team ideas to inform designs.

• Join product strategy discussions with stakeholders.
