Role Overview  We’re looking for a seasoned Executive Producer with extensive experience in ad film production to lead our production function at a strategic and creative level. This role is strictly focused on advertising films— not OTT, long-form films, or corporate AVs. As an Executive Producer , you will be responsible for overseeing the overall production output, setting benchmarks for quality and execution, and acting as a  senior strategic partner to creative, business, and client leadership.  

You will guide high-stakes, large budget productions while building strong production frameworks, teams, and partnerships that enable ambitious creative work  will work within a mature production ecosystem that includes Producers and Associate Producers, an in-house post-production studio, and a business team driving growth and innovation. This role requires a sharp balance of creative judgment, operational excellence, and financial accountability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all ad film productions, ensuring consistency, quality, and creative excellence

• Oversee and guide large-scale, high-budget commercial projects, stepping in on critical or high-risk productions when required

• Partner closely with senior creative leadership, business heads, and key clients to shape production strategies and solutions

• Set production standards, workflows, and best practices across teams and projects

• Own overall budget governance, cost efficiencies, and margin performance across productions

• Build, mentor, and lead senior production talent, fostering a high-performance production culture

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with directors, vendors, and production partners

• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve challenges across production life cycles

• Oversee post-production strategy in collaboration with the in-house studio leadership

• Ensure compliance, documentation, reconciliations, and financial closure across projects

• Act as the final escalation point between creative ambition, production feasibility, and business objectives

Experience and Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in ad film production, with leadership exposure on large scale commercial work

• Proven experience overseeing multiple high-budget productions and production teams

• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to inspire confidence and trust

• Deep industry network across directors, vendors, crews, and production partners

• Expert understanding of production economics, workflows, logistics, and execution risk

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills

• Strong business acumen with a focus on scalability, profitability, and quality

• Track record of delivering high-impact, brand-led advertising content
