Graphic Designer

Caresmith is looking to hire talented individuals with a creative flair, a professional
approach to time, costs and deadlines.
The job description for this role involves design activities for the brand. Some of the activities
of this role will include:

1. Design of content for Print Packaging, Ecommerce, Social Media such as Instagram,
Facebook, Website and E-mailers (Newsletter); create visual content including illustrations,
graphics, or mockups in-tune with the brand’s identity.
2. Ideation and development of product line branding.
3. Being a custodian of the brand guidelines and ensuring all teams, internal and external,
follow them
4. Collaborating extensively with 3D Visualisers and art directing them for the desired results
5. Any miscellaneous design related efforts towards building the brand’s identity and
presence online and offline.
6. Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, as well as design programs such as
Illustrator, and Photoshop for designing art and copy layouts
7. Guiding junior designers for best results and development and aiding in recruitment
8. Streamlining design processes, to improve turnaround time and communication between
teams.
9. Adding to our brand guidelines and internal SOPs for constant improvement and evolution

Skills Required:

 Strong, clean visual design sense.
 Good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
 Passion for people-centered design with a focus on visual communication
 Creative flair, Conceptualize, create, & execute all visual design stages from concept
to final hand-off
 Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and discuss briefs
 Strong typography, typesetting and layout skills
