About Super Buddy & Wonder Buddy:

We are a fast-growing brand building screen-free audio storytelling products for children. We help parents reduce screen time while encouraging imagination, creativity, and learning through stories, music, and play.

As we scale rapidly, social media and content are becoming a core growth engine for us—not just for visibility, but for building trust, community, and demand.

About the Role

This is a hands-on content + social media role.

You will own Wonder Buddy’s social presence end-to-end:

- What we say
- How we say it
- How often we show up
- How we build a parent community
- How content turns into demand

This is not just posting creatives. This is about storytelling, consistency, speed, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Storytelling

- Build Wonder Buddy’s brand story for parents
- Write clear, simple, relatable content for parents.
- Turn product features into stories parents care about.
- Own captions, hooks, scripts, carousels, and content ideas.

2. Social Media Ownership

- Own Instagram and all our social media presence completely (content, tone, comments, DMs, engagement).
- Work with designers & video editors to execute ideas fast.
- Create and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Spot trends early and act quickly.

3. Community & Engagement

- Build real conversations with parents.
- Increase followers, saves, shares, and comments.
- Reply to comments and DMs with empathy and brand voice.
- Encourage UGC, reviews, parent stories, and creator content.

4. Content Distribution

- Repurpose content for:

- You Tube (shorts + long-form ideas)

- Reddit & Quora (parenting conversations)

- Google (blogs / SEO-led content ideas)

- Understand how one piece of content can live everywhere.

5. Platform Growth Analytics & Performance Awareness

- Track key social media metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Understand what content drives clicks and sales.
- Test different content formats, hooks, captions, and creatives.
- Work closely with performance & Amazon teams.
- Learn from ad creatives and double down organically (You will NOT run ads, but you should understand what works.)

- Someone who has run brand social media accounts, not just assisted.
- Someone who enjoys writing and thinking, not just execution.
- Someone who understands parents, kids, and emotions.
- Someone who is fast, curious, and takes ownership.
- Someone who can say: “I know why this post worked and why that one didn’t.”

- You are only a posting/scheduling person
- You only know how to “brief designers” but cannot create ideas yourself
- You are uncomfortable writing captions or scripts
- You have only worked on agency pages with no ownership
- You expect someone else to tell you what content to make every day
- You are purely a performance marketer or only an ads person

This role needs thinking + doing, not just coordination.

Skills & Experience Required

- 4–7 years of experience in content / social media for a consumer brand.
- Strong writing skills (simple, clear, human language).
- Deep understanding of Instagram content formats.
- Ability to work closely with designers & video editors.
- Comfortable using tools like Instagram Insights, Google Trends, basic analytics.
- Experience in parenting, kids, education, D2C, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
