Role:
Motion Graphics & 3D Designer

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics & 3D Designer who understands movement, depth, and visual storytelling for social-first brands. This role involves creating motion-led content, 3D visuals, static posts, and creative ads across social channels, while collaborating closely with the Creative Lead on concepts, visual direction, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, and creative ads
- Design and execute 3D visuals, renders, and short-form animated content aligned with brand aesthetics
- Coordinate static posts to ensure visual consistency across feeds, stories, reels, and ads
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead on concept development, visual direction, and execution
- Adapt motion and static creatives for different platforms and formats
- Support creative ad production with engaging, scroll-stopping visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all social and digital touchpoints
- Manage and organise creative assets efficiently
- Incorporate feedback quickly and refine outputs to meet creative and performance goals

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation
- Working knowledge of 3D design and rendering tools
- Experience creating content for social media and digital ads
- Ability to design both motion and static creatives cohesively
- Strong sense of composition, timing, typography, and visual rhythm
- Ability to follow creative direction while contributing ideas
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Good to Have

- Experience with social-first ad creatives and performance marketing visuals
- Basic understanding of brand storytelling and content strategy
- Familiarity with multiple social platforms and their creative formats

Working Style

This role works closely with the Creative Lead and requires openness to feedback, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to creative execution.

Software Proficiency

Must-Have (Core Requirement)

Motion Graphics:
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro

3D Art & Rendering:
Blender or Cinema 4D

Static Design:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma

Good-to-Have (Added Advantage)

Motion / Video:
Adobe Media Encoder, Lottie / Bodymovin, basic sound sync & transitions

3D / Advanced Visuals:
Redshift or Octane, Unreal Engine (basic), ZBrush (optional)
