Job Summary:

You're responsible for  turning ideas into scroll-stopping videos . Not just editing  storytelling, pacing, hooks, and retention . If your videos don't hold attention, this role isn't for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, You Tube, Linked In, ads).

Convert raw ideas, scripts, or briefs into  high-engagement video content .

Edit videos with strong hooks in the first 3 seconds—no boring intros.

Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and basic animations.

Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats).

Collaborate with marketing/content teams to align videos with brand goals.

Track performance and  improve content based on what actually works , not gut feeling.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines—no hand-holding.

Requirements &

Skills:

Strong command of tools like  Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects / Cap Cut .

Clear understanding of  social media algorithms and viewer psychology .

Solid sense of storytelling, timing, and visual flow.

Ability to take feedback without ego and execute fast.

Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio (even if you're not filming).
