Role Overview
We’re looking for a  Senior Copywriter  with  3–5 years of experience  who thrives in a  fast-paced, high-volume creative environment . This role is ideal for someone who is  hungry, proactive, and creatively sharp , with a strong background in agencies or startups.
You’ll work closely with the  Media Creatives and Retention teams , creating  scroll-stopping copy  for performance campaigns across platforms. If you can juggle multiple deliverables, write sharp bulk copies, scripts, and reel content — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Create  high-volume creative copies  for media campaigns across digital platforms
Write  bulk ad copies , hooks, CTAs, scripts, and  short-form reel content
Collaborate with  media creatives and retention teams  to develop performance-driven creatives
Adapt tone, messaging, and formats based on  platform and audience insights
Manage  multiple deliverables simultaneously  while maintaining quality and speed
Contribute ideas proactively and continuously optimize copies based on campaign performance

Desired Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience  as a Copywriter (agency/startup background preferred)
Strong experience writing for  performance marketing and media campaigns
Proven ability to deliver  high-volume, fast-turnaround creative output
Experience working closely with  media, creative, and retention teams
Excellent command over language, storytelling, and concise messaging
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a  high-pressure agency setup
A mindset that’s  hungry to learn, grow, and push creative boundaries
