- We are looking for a  hands-on Graphic Designer / Visual Designer  to join our  internal creative team  and work closely with the  Creative Head / Creative Lead .
This role is ideal for designers who enjoy  execution, learning, and fast-paced delivery , and who want to contribute to  brand, marketing, digital, and product design  within an internal setup.
A  strong portfolio  and the ability to deliver quality work within timelines are key.

What You Will Do
Design creatives for  brand, marketing, digital, social media, and product requirements
Execute design briefs shared by the Creative Head with  accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Support  product design and visual experience  under guidance
Adapt and extend brand guidelines across multiple formats
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining  turnaround time (TAT)
Incorporate feedback quickly and improve designs through iterations
Ensure  quality, consistency, and on-time delivery

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on design experience
A strong  portfolio  showcasing digital, social, and brand work
Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite  (Maya, Blender, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
Basic understanding of  design principles, typography, colour theory, and layouts
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership, discipline, and execution mindset

Important Note
This role is best suited for designers who enjoy  hands-on execution , working under creative direction, and delivering quality work within timelines. Candidates seeking purely conceptual or slow-paced environments may find this role less aligned.
