Post Producer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Post Producer to manage the post-production process across multiple video projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, editors, motion designers, sound engineers, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with creative and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end post-production workflows for films, digital videos, social content, and branded assets

· Create and maintain post-production schedules, timelines, and delivery trackers

· Coordinate with editors, colorists, VFX artists, sound studios, and motion teams

· Act as the key point of contact between creative, production, and client servicing teams during post

· Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and technical specifications

· Oversee versioning, approvals, and final deliveries across platforms

· Maintain project documentation, assets, and archival systems

· Anticipate risks and resolve post-production challenges efficiently

Required

Skills & Qualifications

· 5+years of experience in post-production within an agency, production house, or media company

· Strong understanding of post workflows, formats, and deliverables across digital, broadcast, and social platforms

· Experience working with editing tools and workflows (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Avid, DaVinci, etc.)

· Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in advertising or branded content production

· Familiarity with international clients and global delivery standards

· Knowledge of post-production budgeting and vendor negotiations
