About Us :
The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s
largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL,
Viacom
18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes,
movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and
fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the
process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing
categories like active wear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and
very recently launched footwear and kids wear.
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and
have six offline stores in Pan India. The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you
do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. There
are too many Monday mornings and you can’t go dreading every single one of them. Over the
years, we have built a strong team of like-minded people that work smart, own their work, and

Roles & Responsibilities :
● Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and
messaging.
● Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to trim, cut, and
arrange footage.
● Incorporate music, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
● Work closely with the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and
content creators, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
● Take feedback from senior video editors and other team members to refine and improve
video projects.
● Manage and organize video assets, ensuring that files are labeled, stored, and archived
properly.
● Keep track of project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of video content.
● Review and assess the quality of video and audio elements to ensure they meet the
company's standards.
● Troubleshoot and fix any issues with video footage or audio quality.
● Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of
video content.
● Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video projects.
● Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and
expectations.
● Provide regular updates on project progress and flag any potential challenges.
Qualification :
● Bachelor's degree in film production, video editing, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
● Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
tools.
● Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and
post-production.
● Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required.
Education & Experience
● A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
● 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role
