About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, experienced in-house fashion designer to join our core team. This role is for someone who understands high-fashion standards, craftsmanship, and precision, and who can work closely with masters, artisans, and tailors to bring refined, concept-driven collections to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-fashion garments from concept to final sample
Create original print designs (placement prints, repeats, engineered prints)
Work closely with the production and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility without compromising design intent
Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and finishes aligned with luxury standards
Develop detailed tech packs, specs, and embroidery/print placements
Oversee fittings, sampling, and corrections with a strong eye for finish and proportion
Ensure all designs meet premium construction and quality benchmarks
Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team on collection vision
Required Skill Set
Strong understanding of high fashion / luxury design standards
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and surface development
Proven experience in print design (digital and/or hand-developed)
Solid sourcing knowledge (fabrics, trims, embroidery, finishes)
Ability to balance creativity with production realities
Strong eye for detail, fit, proportion, and finishing
ombre dyeing knowledge (Digital print)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (or equivalent)
Experience working with artisans, workshops, or luxury manufacturers is a plus

You understand that luxury is built in the details, process, and patience
You are hands-on, disciplined, and design-driven
You value craftsmanship as much as aesthetics
You are comfortable working in-house and collaboratively
