About the role

We’re looking for an Creative Content Director to support the planning, execution, and delivery of branded content across platforms.  Experience level 2-3 years.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands how content is brought to life — from scripts and prep to shoot-day coordination and post-production feedback. You’ll work closely with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content is executed smoothly and aligned with the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Execution, Scriptwriting & Direction

* Draft clear, engaging scripts for social media content, including Reels (hooks, body, CTA)

* Translate product benefits and sustainability messaging into compelling, scroll-stopping formats

* Ensure shoots are executed as per approved scripts and shot plans

* Support on-set direction by guiding creators on tone, delivery, framing, and pacing

* Reduce reshoots and edit rework through strong preparation and clear direction

* Maintain consistent brand tone, delivery, and visual quality across content

2. Shoot & Production Efficiency

* Support on-time execution of shoots with minimal delays

* Improve turnaround time from shoot completion to first edit

* Ensure smooth coordination between creators, editors, and internal teams

3. Creator & Talent Management

* Support creators and on-camera talent to deliver confident, natural performances

* Improve creator satisfaction through clear briefs and actionable feedback

* Reduce dependency on multiple retakes through better preparation and direction

4. Post-Production & Delivery

* Provide clear, structured feedback on edits to minimize back-and-forth

* Ensure final content is delivered on time and meets brand expectations

* Maintain quality consistency across campaigns and ongoing content

5. Team & Process Contribution

* Content Lead / Director in improving shoot workflows

* Help document best practices for shoots, direction, and post-production

* Contribute ideas to improve execution speed and output quality

6. Learning & Growth

* Build a strong understanding of brand voice and visual direction

* Independently manage small shoots or content batches over time

* Progress toward owning end-to-end execution of select content pieces

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in end to end video content management

• Preferable experience in mass scale short form video content production

• Practical understanding of Instagram & You Tube algorithms

• Experience working with creators, editors, or in-house content teams

• Comfort with fast turnarounds and rapid experimentation
Bonus Points

• D2C, lifestyle, or sustainability brand experience

• On-camera experience or shoot coordination and direction experience.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing content
