Job Description:

As a  Graphic Design Fresher , you won’t be thrown into the deep end, but you’ll assist the core design team, learn how concepts translate into real deliverables, and gradually build the muscle to execute clean, on-brand visuals across platforms.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist senior designers in creating visual assets for social media, digital platforms, and print.

- Help adapt and resize creatives for different formats and platforms.

- Support ongoing design projects including brand collaterals, campaigns, and presentations.
4
- Learn to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
5
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews.
6
- Organize files, assets, and design versions efficiently.
7
- Observe and understand real client workflows and feedback cycles.

What are we looking for:
1
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
2- A design portfolio (college projects, passion projects, work projects).
3
- Good visual sense: layout, color, typography, composition.
4
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve fast.
5
- Attention to detail and discipline with files and formats.
