About the Role
We’re looking for a  Design Lead  to own and elevate our brand’s creative identity across campaigns, product marketing, and learner experiences. You’ll drive  design + video storytelling , while embedding  AI-native workflows  into the team’s DNA for speed, scale, and innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead visual identity, design systems, and creative output across channels.
Lead design production across marketing campaigns and brand touchpoints.
Own design production for marketing assets, from concept to delivery.
Use  AI tools  (Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia) to scale creative.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful work.
Mentor and guide designers toward AI-first creative practices.

Skills & Qualifications
8–10 years in design leadership (agency or in-house).
Strong portfolio spanning  digital campaigns, video, and product marketing .
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools.
Hands-on with  AI design + video tools
Strong storytelling, communication, and team leadership skills.
