We are looking for a creative professional who can handle Microsoft PowerPoint along with static graphic design and preferably motion graphics to support our product and brand communication, digital marketing, and investor education initiatives. The role involves creating clear, engaging, and compliant visual content.
Job Responsibilities:
Revamp and design product collaterals and templates (PowerPoint, Word, PDF, images).
Design creatives for social media and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Display networks).
Translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and emailers.
Create investor education visuals.
Work closely with product, digital marketing, content team and external agencies.
Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Microsoft PowerPoint - To design impactful, visually engaging presentations
Adobe Photoshop – for digital creatives, image editing
Adobe Illustrator – for vector graphics, icons, illustrations
Adobe After Effects – for motion graphics and animations
Adobe Premiere Pro – basic video editing
Tools & Software
Adobe Photoshop – for digital creatives, image editing

Qualification :
Academic
Qualifications:
Degree in design and animation.
3 or more years of experience in PowerPoint, graphic design and preferably motion animation.
Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Portfolio showcasing static and preferably motion work.
Ability to simplify complex (financial) information visually.
Proven experience with the above tools for the described use cases.
Knowledge of aspect ratios for social and ad platforms.
Ability to produce variations for A/B testing.
Understanding of creative impact on performance metrics.
Strong attention to detail and brand/regulatory compliance.
Quality-checking before delivery.
Experience in BFSI industry is preferred.
Preferred Additional Skills
Create short-form motion videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories, GIFs).
Animate static creatives into engaging motion formats.
Work on typography animation, icon animation, transitions, and basic sound syncing.
