About You
You are part pop-culture anthropologist, part digital strategist. You think in memes, dream in reels, and analyze in dashboards. You have the right brain of a creator (ideas, humor, storytelling) and the left brain of a strategist (numbers, timing, and trend logic).
You are the Emily for our Paris- curious, expressive, socially tuned, and always online in a good way.

What Your Everyday Looks Like
Trendspotting:
You will be the team's cultural radar, identifying what is trending, why it is trending, and how Zupee can participate meaningfully. You will deliver daily trend updates and pitch timely ideas to integrate the brand into relevant conversations.

2 Community Management:
You will own the social handles end-to-end, including posting, stories, DMs, and comments. You will manage daily content calendars, handle community engagement, and ensure the brand voice is consistent and authentic.

3 Social Listening and Analytics:
You will track performance metrics, audience sentiment, and competitor activity. You will present weekly reports that analyze what is working and what needs to improve, turning insights into actionable strategies.

4 Paid Promotions:
You will manage and optimize paid campaigns. Working with the media team, you will decide how to allocate budgets and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

5 Influencer and KOL Partnerships:
You will identify and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand. You will handle outreach, briefing, coordination, and performance tracking.

6 Program Management:
You will coordinate across creative, content, and media teams to ensure all social media activities run smoothly and on time.

7 Topical and Campaign Ideas:
You will identify opportunities around cultural moments and pop-culture trends to make Zupee part of the conversation.

8 Amplification and Strategy:
You will translate campaign ideas into social-first strategies, ensuring every campaign is optimized for engagement and reach.

9 Reel Creation:
You will be hands-on with short-form content, from ideation to execution. Basic video editing and content creation skills are preferred.

10.  AI mastermind:  You can independently create content using AI tools. You are aware of how to get the toughest things done through AI.

What You Bring to the Table
2 years above experience in social media strategy or content for youth or pop-culture brands
Strong understanding of internet culture, Gen Z behavior, and social media trends
Creative thinking combined with analytical decision-making
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills

Basic design or video editing skills are an advantage
