About Whisky Labs Whisky Labs is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping D2C & Shopify brands scale using UGC videos, influencer content, social media marketing, and performance ads .

Role Overview We're looking for a UGC Video Specialist / Agency Partner who can consistently create high-performing, ad-ready UGC videos for D2C brands.
This is a freelance / retainer-based role (not full-time).
Key Responsibilities
UGC Video Creation Create short-form UGC videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts) optimized for Meta & Tik Tok-style formats
Record talking-head, lifestyle, testimonial & problem-solution videos
Follow creative briefs while adding conversion-focused hooks
Editing & Optimization Edit videos for ad performance (hooks, captions, pacing, CTA)
Add subtitles, cuts, and on-screen cues
Deliver platform-ready assets (9:16, 1080×1920)
Performance Mindset Understand what makes UGC convert vs just look good
Iterate creatives based on ad performance feedback
Repurpose UGC for ads, landing pages & social media
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience creating UGC videos for D2C / e-commerce brands
Strong on-camera presence or access to UGC creators
Understanding of Meta Ads creatives & hooks
Basic to advanced video editing skills
Ability to deliver multiple creatives per month on time
Engagement Model Freelance / Monthly Retainer
Per-video or bundle-based pricing
Long-term collaboration for consistent performers
