Senior Graphic Designer

Humans of Bombay is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, proficiency in Adobe software, and the ability to create visually compelling content. This role also requires knowledge of UI/UX design principles and a keen understanding of current design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, ads, and other marketing
collateral
Develop visual assets for product packaging, presentations, and internal branding
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate ideas into effective designs
Maintain consistency across all visual assets in line with brand guidelines
Edit and retouch images, and prepare final artwork for both print and digital
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices

Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer (in-house or agency)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
Basic understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and time-management skills
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., InDesign, After Effects)

Experience with Canva or similar tools
Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
