Role Description
Creative Development
Cross-category fragrance creation and formulation for various customer briefs
Participating in olfactive RM studies for various product categories
Creating new internal perfumery bases and accords
Integrating the company's new captives in the signature and wins
Developing and modifying fragrances that meet customer needs, while adhering to IFRA compliance and client requirements
Creating new formulations and fragrance matching by GC-MS / Headspace analysis
Creating cost-effective fragrances based on different concepts for different functional products in coordination with marketing briefs
Creating winning fragrances at challenging prices, using the company's specialties, as per briefs/customer needs
Matching fine fragrances as well as functional or industrial fragrances
Creating new fragrances for products like Deo, Soap, Shampoo, Detergent, Body Wash, Fabric Softener, Liquid Detergent, etc., as per the raised brief
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills for fragrance composition and quality assessment
Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting of GCMS equipment and other relevant instruments
Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and for preparing detailed reports
Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving capability, and organizational skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
Experience in the fragrance or perfume industry is a strong advantage
