Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin for a full-time, mid-level position at Wings Global Services located in Mumbai, Andheri. The candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in HR administration and employee relations. As an HR Admin, you will play an integral role in managing HR tasks, fostering a supportive work environment, and ensuring smooth organizational operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Employee relations expertise to manage and improve workplace relationships effectively (Mandatory skill).
Strong conflict resolution skills, essential for navigating and resolving disputes amicably (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in employee onboarding to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
Office management capabilities to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience in organizing travel arrangements to support business schedules and commitments.
Ability to manage staff scheduling, ensuring optimal resource allocation and shift coverage.
Skilled in event coordination to deliver successful corporate events and activities.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and systems.
Oversee office management tasks, maintaining order and efficiency in the workplace environment.
