Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Support & Back Office Intern/trainee to assist with essential administrative and operational functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to both sales support and back-office operations, including data management, internal coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
Update and manage internal databases and spreadsheets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
Manage email communications and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Execute other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals
Qualification & Skills
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or having less than one year of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
