Roles & Responsibility
Should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive production growth.
Executive responsibilities include maintain and monitoring plant and sales data
Meetings and monitor tasks
Travelling to Factory& Attending meeting with MD
Plan various trainings to factory team
Getting various reports for different departments and collating the same.
Follow –ups
Monitoring KRA of various plant heads.
Close connect with factory on day to day basis.
Any of the tasks assigned by MD.
Maintain positive work culture.
Ready to adapt and change
Desired Profile
Getting work done from people.
Arrange internal and external meetings
Technical background will help
Drive targets and collection by improving communication through emails, calls, meetings etc.
Coming with various best business shop floor ideas to upgrade productivity.
Requirement
- Presentable
Communication skills
Travelling would be part of this job.

Between 22 to 34 years
