Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Renewal Data Management

Maintain and update insurance renewal data in the system on a daily basis.

Client Calling & Follow-Up

Contact clients for renewal reminders and take timely follow-ups.

Ensure proper calling records and follow-up status are updated.

System Updates for Renewal Status

Update the system with 'Renewal Done / Not Done' status for each client.

Email Reminders for Renewals

Send renewal reminder emails before due dates.

Send 1st, 2nd & 3rd reminders through email and follow-up calls.

Follow-Up During Grace Period

Post due date, follow up with clients during the grace period to avoid policy lapse.

Check renewal status on the system and coordinate with the Insurance RM to confirm payment updates.

Support in Insurance Client Onboarding

Assist in onboarding new insurance clients through Wadmin & LMS portals.

Other Insurance-Related Tasks

Fill out service forms, insurance-related documentation, and any additional operational support tasks.

Qualification &

Skills:

· Good communication skills  (verbal and written) for client calling and email follow-ups.

· Comfortable with  telecalling and follow-up coordination .

· Basic computer proficiency  – MS Excel, email handling, and data entry.

· Ability to  maintain accurate records  and update systems on a daily basis.

· Time management skills to handle daily follow-ups and reminders efficiently.

Working     Days

Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sats are off)
Working     Time

8.30am to 5.30pm
9.30 am to 6.30pm
(Employees working on Sundays are eligible for 1 comp off)
