About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk & Admin Executive with 1-3 years of experience to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a professional demeanor to represent the organization at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
. Manage reception area and handle incoming visitors professionally
. Greet guests, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner
. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
. Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings
Travel & Coordination
. Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
. Coordinate travel itineraries and schedules
. Liaise with travel vendors and agencies
Calendar & Meeting Management
. Manage calendars of senior management
. Schedule meetings and appointments
. Coordinate internal and external meetings
. Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials
Administrative Support
. Handle courier management and dispatch coordination
. Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
. Support documentation, filing, and record management
. Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding logistics and documentation
. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Presentable personality with professional etiquette
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Graduate in any discipline    Minimum Job

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin / Reception role    Reporting to:  HOD    Travel:  As an when required
