Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential and existing patients, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination to facilitate smooth patient experiences. The role involves handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating with doctors, managing the appointment calendar, and maintaining a welcoming environment for walk-in patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to phone inquiries from potential patients, providing accurate information about our services and booking appointments as necessary.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, medical staff, and administrative team to ensure seamless patient flow.
Manage and maintain the appointment calendar, scheduling surgeries, consultations, follow- up appointments, and other medical procedures efficiently.
Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system accurately and confidentially.
Address patient queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents related to patient consultations, surgeries, and aftercare instructions.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Collaborate with the administrative team to manage patient billing & payments and other administrative tasks.
Keep up-to-date with our services, availability and other important details to provide accurate information to patients.
Contribute to maintaining a professional and positive work environment within the branch.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Prior experience in coordinating schedules, appointments, or managing calendars is a plus.
