Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support, including preparing expense reports, managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, organizing meetings, and carrying out other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Solid experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and managing executive-level tasks
Proven ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong Executive Support and organizational skills to efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and confidential matters
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
