Role Overview
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for the organization and plays a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires strong communication skills, presentability, coordination abilities, and the capability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
A. Front Office Management
Manage the reception area and ensure it is always presentable and welcoming.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, screen and redirect them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocols.
B. Administrative & Coordination Support
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness (hospitality, equipment, etc.).
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, dispatches, and deliveries.
Support travel desk coordination and basic administrative requirements when required.
Assist HR/Admin team in onboarding formalities and employee engagement activities.
C. Office Operations Support
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with office policies and front desk protocols.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in front desk / receptionist / administrative roles
Prior experience in corporate, media, or events industry preferred
