We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant Front Desk Administrator to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and professional experience for all guests while efficiently managing various administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Front Desk / Reception Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.

- Manage visitor entries, , and maintain the visitor log.

- Receive and dispatch couriers and maintain records.

- Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition.

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Handle office supplies and maintain inventory (stationery, pantry, housekeeping items).

- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

- Support travel bookings and meeting room arrangements.

- Maintain office records, files, and documents.

- Assist HR with onboarding formalities and employee coordination.

- Support in organizing office events and meetings.

- Handle basic billing, invoices, and expense records (if required).

Work Experience - 2 years

Location - Mumbai ( Curry Road ,Lower Parel )
