Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Receptionist at our Mumbai office. the role is ideal for who is professional, organised, and comfortable handling client and coordinate with internal team in a Legal Environment. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and interviews, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Other day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the front office area, and supporting office operations as needed.

Key Responsibilites

- Handling front desk operation and client co ordination
- Managing calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinating with advocates, interns and internal teams
- Maintaining office records and basic administrative support
- Ensuring confidentiality and a professional client experience
- Calling and scheduling interviews of the candidate/s & office staff

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, Front Office operations, and Phone Etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS word, email, office co ordination, and office management tools
- Customer Service expertise and the ability to provide a welcoming and professional client experience
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are advantageous
