Role Objective

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to provide end-to-end administrative, financial, and operational support to the Chairman, Managing Director, and their family, ensuring smooth handling of both professional and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing emails, correspondence, tapal, and official communication
- Handling banking operations, credit card payments, investments, shares, and taxation files
- Coordinating with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders
- Organizing domestic and international travel, including visas, passports, hotels, and foreign exchange
- Managing club memberships, bookings, and related payments
- Overseeing society and property-related matters, utilities, and household coordination
- Maintaining strict confidentiality across all professional and personal assignments

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Sound knowledge of banking, financial documentation, and taxation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital banking platforms, online payment systems, and travel portals
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Ability to handle both professional and personal assignments with flexibility

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary roles
- Strong financial and banking knowledge
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital payment platforms
- Knowledge of shorthand
